# Why MetaMask cannot connect to Nuvo

When you are trying to connect to Nuvo using MetaMask, but unfortunately you encountered this alert pop-up by Metamask.

### Solution

1. Navigate to [NuvoMe](https://me.nuvosphere.io/#/login) and connect to the Metamask through NuvoMe
2. Navigate back to the original website and click Switch Account **\<Figure1.2>**
3. Login with MetaMask and you are all set **\<Figure1.3>**
